Help: (1)  This program can remove protein sequence redundance at different levels.   It will generate a file with unique sequences inside.
(2)  The option of "sequence similarity within same specie" is to remove redundance only within the same specie.   For example,
if you have two proteins with more than threshold homology and they belong to the same specie,  then they would be considered
to be redundant.    But if they belong to different species,   then they would be considered to be non-redundant.
The option of "only sequence similarity" is to remove redundance only based on sequence similarity.    For example,   if you have
two proteins with more than threshold homology,  they would be considered to be redundant no matter what specie they belong to.
(3)  The input sequences should be in fasta format and each sequence should have a specie name enclosed in [] within the fasta part.
(4)  For Macintosh users:  if you want to upload your file,   please save your file in word by "MS-DOS Text with Line Break" format.
